Granny's got a gun...
These stories just make me feel warm and fuzzy. Picture it... punk kid breaks into old lady's house because he thinks she is a "easy target" and comes face to face with a gun. Now imagine you are the boy, and imagine the embarrassment (if in deed he is part of a burglary ring) when he gets out and has to explain how the old lady held him at gunpoint and made him call 911 on himself...
Oh that is not something he will ever live down. And maybe the old lady taught this boy a lesson that his parents never did. Don't mess with granny, especially when granny's got a GUN !

The world is upside down
Here is proof positive that the media and the libtards are fused. Not only do they pat each others back, they are one and the same.
Here is the deal. I just pulled up Google and looked at the headlines for the U.S. and what did I see? I see topics ranging from missing children to police beatings etc. Then I noticed something that caught my eye. I see a bill that Bush has proposed that would cut the knees out from under greenpeace, the sierra club, and others. (Which I like by the way. Any thing that pisses of the tree hugging hippie burnouts and their kind) But then I noticed that there were 525 news articles that are related. Which is not too many, but when you only have 241 for a missing and feared dead child in Florida, 305 for an 8 yr old boy and father mauled by a black bear, and a whopping 260 on a Gestapo police officer beating a man in handcuffs; it is too many.
In all these other stories deal with actual people and their lives, the story about the bill that removes power from the “green boys” only deals with things like the poor grub or speckled termite. You can not hunt a whale, but you can murder a child in the womb of its mother. You can not drill for the lifeblood of the world at this time (oil for you libtards) because you might upset the stomach of a caribou, but it is ok to murder a human before its life outside the womb has began, because it is an inconvenience.
What the bill would do, is cut red tape. It would allow them not to have to hire an “expert” to tell them it will or will not “harm” the environment. Which has been a good racket for the “green boys” because they are the “experts”.
Stupid Libtards… Oxygen is for Conservatives. Oh and by the way the Libtards are the reason you are paying out the nose for oil, and therefore GAS.

Down with the UN
Ban Ki-moon today called for stay of Texas execution of Jose Medellin...
The Secretary General of the United Nations, Ban Ki-moon, has urged the United States not to go ahead with the execution of a Mexican citizen. The Secretary General says the US must respect the judgement of the International Court of Justice in The Hague, which decreed that the execution should be stopped.
Who the Hell does this guy think he is? Is this someone you elected? I know I sure as hell did not vote for him. Is this someone that has any say what so ever to the courts or states, or anything else for that matter? Then again who the hell is the ICJ? They do not have any authority on American soil. They do not have the right to tell us as Americans to do anything.
In fact in March 2005, the United States pulled out of the Optional Protocol to the Convention, which allows the International Court of Justice to have compulsory jurisdiction over disputes arising under the Convention.
Then in the summer of 2006, there was (Sanchez-Llamas v. Oregon) where the Supreme Court of the USA stated that ...foreign nationals who were not notified of their right to consular notification and access after an arrest may not use the treaty violation to suppress evidence obtained in police interrogation or belatedly raise legal challenges after trial.
Then there was the Medellin case in 2008, the Supreme Court further ruled that the decision of the ICJ directing the United States to give "review and reconsideration" to the cases of 51 Mexican convicts on death row was not a binding domestic law and therefore could not be used to overcome state procedural default rules that barred further post-conviction challenges
I would be willing to bet that Obama thinks that this execution should be postponed or put of indefinitely. But the facts are the facts. This guy initiated the contact with the 2 barely teenage girls. They were brutally gang raped, forced to perform sex acts, beaten and strangled to death and then left to rot in the hot Houston sun for 4 days. Obama would probably be on this murderers side in the matter after all both he and his wife are lawyers, and everyone they know are lawyers... well that is what his wife says.
Some think that lethal injection is cruel and inhumane. Oh well so is gang rape and beating and strangling of barely teenage girls. Oh yeah and then there is the fact that he stood on one of the girls throats because "she just would not die". So I have no sympathy for him. Although a .45 acp round is much cheaper, and give him what he would not give his victims, a quick and relatively painless death.
In fact everyone should try to get Gov. Rick Perry of Texas, to run for President. Way to go Gov. Perry, thanks for not jumping when the UN and others shout "jump".

I had decided not to say anything about this case from the start. Because this should be an easy one for anyone to look at and, with the smallest bit of common sense, this is an open and shut case. Well... until the UN, Mexico, and the President try to stick their noses where it does not belong.

In Houston TX - two young beautiful American daughters (Jennifer Ertman, 14, and Elizabeth Pena, 16) take a short cut home from a friends house and stumble across this scum bag and 5 of his "tough gangster" buddies drinking beer after a new "gangster" was initiated into the gang. So now these "tough hard gangsters" decide that it would in fact be a good idea to grab these two girls and for more than an hour gang rape, force them do perform sex acts, beat, and strangle these two innocent girls with shoelaces and belts. And I do believe in one of the girls cases, which Jose here will get to go see God about in less than a day now, he said he even stood on her throat because "she just would not die". (Which by the way is really manly of these 6 guys to beat up, rape and kill, 2 young teenage girls) Then they were cast aside like garbage and their bodies lay not found for 4 days. So when they were found they were decomposing already.

Which Jose Medellin's case has been reviewed up to the SUPREME COURT... which stated that NO ONE has the authority over TX except TX and its citizens. Which means... And on the surface this seems to be mean and calloused toward the people who didn't bring up the consulate before he confessed, during the confession, after the confession, before - during or immediately after the trial or sentencing. Nope it wasn't until some lawyer searched through and found an all too common "loop hole" to get this scum bag... excuse me ... poor misunderstood man off. If it were up to me the only loop hole he would be able to use is the one with a short drop and a sudden stop. If you catch my drift.

In Houston TX - two young beautiful American daughters (Jennifer Ertman, 14, and Elizabeth Pena, 16) take a short cut home from a friends house and stumble across this scum bag and 5 of his "tough gangster" buddies drinking beer after a new "gangster" was initiated into the gang. So now these "tough hard gangsters" decide that it would in fact be a good idea to grab these two girls and for more than an hour gang rape, force them do perform sex acts, beat, and strangle these two innocent girls with shoelaces and belts. And I do believe in one of the girls cases, which Jose here will get to go see God about in less than a day now, he said he even stood on her throat because "she just would not die". (Which by the way is really manly of these 6 guys to beat up, rape and kill, 2 young teenage girls) Then they were cast aside like garbage and their bodies lay not found for 4 days. So when they were found they were decomposing already.
