IN HIS OWN WORDS...

In an op-ed piece written by his holiness Barrack H. Obama, writes this quote. (These are his actual words, word for word).

“In the 18 months since President Bush announced the surge, our troops have performed heroically in bringing down the level of violence. New tactics have protected the Iraqi population, and the Sunni tribes have rejected Al Qaeda — greatly weakening its effectiveness.”

Now, what do we know about Mr. Obama? Many have rated him the most Liberal Senator in America. Some see him as a “new kind of politician”, but the fact is that you can not stand for change and stand shoulder to shoulder and hold hands (figuratively) with Ted Kennedy. Who happens to be one of the most ineffective and useless Senator in the Senate; who represents the very antithesis of this precious “Change”, we all keep hearing about with no real details as to any actual substance.

Ok to the point I wanted to make.

Why would sending “more” soldiers in to a field of Battle bring down the level of violence?

The answer is quite simple actually. Guns, it is as simple as that. Soldiers are people who have a job; and that job is to kill the enemies of the USA in a time of war and protect the USA in times of piece. “To seek peace, one must prepare for war.” Is one of my favorite quotes, I am not sure who said it first and I have heard many variations. It doesn’t matter if you are a soldier, or a scared house wife protecting her children. If you kill a criminal, he will NEVER hurt anyone again. And therefore overall crime is decreased, not increased. However since the “brilliant” idea of gun control has never worked; maybe it will work the next time we try it. That makes perfect sense huh?

What does it all mean you ask? I am glad you did. I will tell you.

Why do liberals think that “gun control” or “fewer guns” will reduce violence; when the most liberal senator says that since we sent in more guns, the level of violence went down?

After all if you listen to the idiot mayor of D.C. will tell you that “more guns will lead to more gun violence”. So which one is it? Did the surge in Iraq really not work or is the mayor of D.C. just a political hack?

Do guns CAUSE violence? Nope…

Do people cause the violence or do people? I do promise you that it is people.

This is a link to a sad story about a 9 yr old girl stabbed and left in an alley in Chicago. Where is the knife control? Knives are dangerous. Where are the stupid "knife free zones" and why don't we have background checks and waiting periods for the purchase of a knife? I mean these things caused this girls death right?

We as free Americans must use what God gave us. Our BRAIN.

Stop checking your brain at the door. Stop believing the hogwash that the media and the Libtards keep feeding us.

No one is the master of your destiny, except for you.
No one is responsible for your actions, except for you.
No one is responsible for your failings in life, except for you.

It is time we pull ourselves up by our boot straps, tell the government they need to mind their own business and only need to fulfill their duty according to the constitution. We also need to stop looking for a handout at someone else’s expense.

Now on a last note think about this.

If you give a man a fish, you will feed him for a day. If you teach him how to fish you will feed him for a lifetime. BUT … what happens when you give him a fish and tell him, “Come back tomorrow and I will give you another fish”, but you NEVER teach him how to fish? That is what the libs do all the time. Now ask yourself two more questions ... Is that a man that is Independent or dependent? Will he be a proud man, or a man being kept down?
